    DIRECTOR

    Ricky founded PAD Civil in early 2019, driven by his passion for construction and a vision of becoming a complete end-to-end contractor. With over 15 years of industry experience, Ricky is a great mentor to our young and upcoming team members, guiding them towards excellence.

  • Jake Mills

    CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

    Jake brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in estimating and bid management. His educational background includes studies in building & construction, project management, OHS, and leadership.
    These qualifications equip him with the skills to easily navigate the day-to-day challenges of the construction industry.

  • Isabelle Smith

    HR & SAFETY MANAGER

    Isabelle has extensive knowledge in human resources and health and safety within the construction industry. Her expertise in ISO compliance ensures that our sites and teams operate safely and in accordance with our management systems.
